Ryax Technologies is joining Nutanix.
Since our founding, Ryax has built an AI-driven compute orchestration and management platform designed to help enterprises make the most of their available GPU and CPU resources, through intelligent resource optimization and AI-aware smart scheduling. As agentic AI adoption accelerates, the challenge customers face has become clearer: getting seamless, reliable execution across hybrid infrastructure (private data centers, hyperscalers, and neoclouds alike) while moving AI projects from proof of concept into production.
That is exactly the problem Nutanix and Ryax will now solve together. The Ryax platform’s GPU utilization and smart scheduling capabilities are planned to be integrated directly into Nutanix Kubernetes Platform (NKP) and Nutanix Enterprise AI (NAI), giving customers a unified way to build, run and govern agentic AI wherever their infrastructure lives.
